What is category matching and how can I do it?

During Shopify product upload, if you canʼt find a relevant category for your products and assign a different category, those products will be listed on the Category Matching page in the goadgo app. If the listed products do not match goadgo categories, they will be subject to the default commission rate (1%). By matching your products with goadgo categories, you can set your desired commission rate independently of the default rate and adjust the commission rates whenever you want.

Click the Uncategorized button under the goadgo Category section. A category selection menu will appear where you can choose the right category for your products. Once selected, click the Save button.

The categories you didn’t specify on Shopify will now be matched with goadgo categories, and you can adjust the commission rates for these categories as you wish.
