When your products are sold through influencer-shared links, influencers earn a commission based on the rate you set. goadgo charges a service fee on this commission, depending on your plan: Starter plan: 20%, Growth plan: 18%, Professional plan: 15%, Enterprise plan: 10%.

Example:
Sale amount: $100
Your commission rate: 10%

Influencer commission: $10
goadgo service fee (Starter-Free Plan): $2
Your invoice: $10 + $2 = $12

Cancelled or refunded orders are deducted from total sales when calculating commission fees. This ensures you do not make any payments for returned orders.
